1. PURPOSE

AgentAI Connect is a marketing technology platform designed to assist real estate professionals with creating marketing content and managing marketing workflows.

AgentAI Connect is not a real estate brokerage, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), legal advisor, compliance consultant, regulatory authority, or professional licensing organization.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all content created, edited, approved, scheduled, published, distributed, or otherwise used through AgentAI Connect complies with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and policies.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Federal laws
  • State real estate laws
  • Local real estate regulations
  • Fair Housing laws
  • Advertising regulations
  • Licensing requirements
  • MLS rules and policies
  • REALTOR® association requirements
  • Brokerage policies and procedures
  • Team-specific marketing requirements

AgentAI Connect does not monitor, review, approve, or certify user content for compliance purposes.

3. FAIR HOUSING COMPLIANCE

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Fair Housing laws and regulations.

AgentAI Connect does not guarantee that generated content complies with federal, state, or local Fair Housing requirements.

Artificial intelligence systems, including those used to generate text and images through AgentAI Connect, may reflect patterns, associations, or biases present in the data used to train the underlying models. This can result in AI-generated content that reflects demographic patterns in generated imagery (such as the depiction of people of a particular race, age, family status, or other protected characteristic), steering language, exclusionary phrasing, or other characteristics that could violate Fair Housing laws, even where no such outcome was intended by the user or by AgentAI Connect.

Users must carefully review all AI-generated content, including any generated or AI-selected images, before publication to identify and remove any language, imagery, or other elements that could be discriminatory or that could be interpreted as expressing a limitation, preference, or steering based on a protected characteristic.

AgentAI Connect does not screen, filter, audit, or guarantee that AI-generated content is free from bias, discriminatory patterns, or Fair Housing violations. Final responsibility for identifying and correcting such issues before content is published or distributed rests solely with the user.

4. MLS AND LISTING COMPLIANCE

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all MLS rules, listing requirements, data usage restrictions, and advertising standards applicable to their market.

AgentAI Connect does not:

  • Verify listing information
  • Validate MLS data
  • Approve advertising content
  • Confirm MLS compliance
  • Monitor MLS policy changes

Users should independently verify all listing information before publishing or distributing content.

5. BROKERAGE COMPLIANCE

Many brokerages maintain policies regarding:

  • Advertising
  • Branding
  • Team marketing
  • Social media usage
  • License disclosures
  • Broker attribution
  • Review and approval processes

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their brokerage's policies and procedures.

AgentAI Connect does not review or enforce brokerage-specific requirements.

6. LICENSE DISCLOSURES

Real estate advertising laws often require specific disclosures, including but not limited to:

  • License numbers
  • Brokerage names
  • Broker attribution
  • Office information
  • Team disclosures
  • State-specific advertising requirements

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all required disclosures are included where required by law, regulation, MLS rule, or brokerage policy.

7. ACCURACY OF PROPERTY INFORMATION

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information used in marketing content, including:

  • Property descriptions
  • Square footage
  • Pricing
  • Features and amenities
  • Property condition
  • Availability
  • School information
  • Market statistics

AgentAI Connect does not verify the accuracy of information provided by users.

8. NO COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE

While AgentAI Connect may offer optional compliance-related settings, templates, reminders, disclosures, or content suggestions, these tools are provided for convenience only.

AgentAI Connect does not guarantee that any content generated through the platform complies with:

  • Real estate laws
  • Advertising regulations
  • MLS requirements
  • Fair Housing laws
  • Brokerage policies
  • Licensing requirements

Final compliance responsibility remains solely with the user.

9. REGULATORY CHANGES

Real estate laws, regulations, MLS rules, and brokerage requirements change frequently.

AgentAI Connect does not guarantee that platform content, templates, recommendations, or generated materials reflect the most current legal or regulatory requirements.

Users are responsible for staying informed about applicable requirements within their jurisdiction.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AgentAI Connect's liability arising from or relating to real estate compliance matters, including regulatory action, license complaints, MLS violations, Fair Housing complaints, brokerage disciplinary action, fines, penalties, or legal claims arising from content created, edited, approved, published, scheduled, or distributed through the platform, is governed by the Limitation of Liability provisions in our Terms of Service (Section 13), which is incorporated into this Disclaimer by reference.

Users assume all responsibility for compliance-related decisions and actions.

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using AgentAI Connect, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.
  • They are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, MLS rules, and brokerage policies.
  • AgentAI Connect does not provide legal or compliance advice.
  • AgentAI Connect does not guarantee compliance.
  • Final responsibility for all marketing content rests with the user.
