Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

1. OVERVIEW

This Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled for AgentAI Connect ("AgentAI Connect," "we," "our," or "us").

By subscribing to AgentAI Connect, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

AgentAI Connect currently offers subscription-based access to its platform. Current subscription offerings may include:

Standard Plan

  • $59 USD per month
  • Includes platform access and features outlined on the AgentAI Connect website
  • Includes up to 100 posts per billing cycle

Founding Beta Plan

  • $39 USD per month
  • Available only to approved beta participants
  • Pricing remains in effect for as long as the account remains active and in good standing
  • If canceled, the Founding Beta pricing may not be reinstated

Annual Subscription Plan — Annual Billing

Users who select the Annual Subscription Plan will be charged the full annual subscription fee at the time of purchase. The Annual Subscription Plan provides twelve (12) months of access to AgentAI Connect and includes all features and usage limits available under the selected plan during the subscription term.

Annual Subscription Plan — Automatic Renewal

Annual subscriptions automatically renew every twelve (12) months unless canceled before the renewal date. By purchasing an annual subscription, the user authorizes AgentAI Connect and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method on file for each renewal term.

Annual Subscription Plan — Pricing Changes

Pricing changes for annual subscriptions will not affect the current prepaid subscription term. Any approved pricing changes will apply at the next renewal date. AgentAI Connect reserves the right to modify pricing or plans for future subscribers. Existing subscribers will be notified of any applicable pricing changes in accordance with applicable laws.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSOR

AgentAI Connect uses Stripe as its third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and authorized charges. All payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe. AgentAI Connect does not store full payment card information on its servers.

4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until your subscription is canceled. Renewal charges will occur automatically using the payment method on file.

5. BILLING CYCLE (Monthly Subscriptions)

Subscriptions are billed monthly beginning on the date of purchase. Each billing cycle renews on the same calendar day each month whenever possible. Users may view billing information within their account dashboard.

6. POST USAGE LIMITS

The Standard Plan includes up to one hundred (100) AI-generated posts per billing cycle. A post is counted each time a user generates content through the AgentAI Connect platform, including social media posts, listing descriptions, marketing captions, email content, or other supported content types. Unused posts do not roll over to future billing cycles and expire at the end of the applicable billing period. Once the monthly post limit has been reached, users may be required to wait until the next billing cycle or purchase additional usage, if available. AgentAI Connect reserves the right to offer additional post packages, upgraded plans, or revised usage limits in the future.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not immediately terminate access. Users will continue to have access through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds will be provided unless required by law.

Annual Subscriptions

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not terminate access during the current prepaid subscription term. Users will continue to have access to AgentAI Connect through the end of the current annual subscription period.

Founding Beta Plan

If a Founding Beta subscription is canceled, Founding Beta pricing may not be reinstated.

8. REFUND POLICY

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued solely at AgentAI Connect's discretion. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for any portion of the current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to AgentAI Connect support. When reviewing refund requests, AgentAI Connect may consider factors including:

  • Duplicate billing errors
  • Technical billing issues
  • Accidental multiple charges
  • Unauthorized charges that are verified
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. AgentAI Connect reserves the right to make the final determination regarding all refund requests.

Non-Qualifying Refund Requests

The following do not automatically qualify for a refund:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
  • Failure to use the platform
  • Lack of business results or lead generation
  • User error
  • Changes in business circumstances
  • Feature requests that are not currently available
  • User adoption, engagement, or preference changes
  • Failure to understand platform functionality before purchase

9. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment attempt fails, Stripe may automatically retry the payment method. AgentAI Connect may notify the user of the failed payment. Access to paid features may be limited or suspended until payment is successfully processed. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, AgentAI Connect may terminate the subscription.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, AgentAI Connect reserves the right to:

  • Suspend account access
  • Restrict platform usage
  • Terminate the subscription
  • Contest the chargeback when appropriate

Users are encouraged to contact AgentAI Connect support before initiating a payment dispute.

11. PRICE CHANGES

AgentAI Connect reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Users will receive advance notice of any pricing changes affecting their account. Continued use of the Services after a pricing change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

12. TAXES

Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes. Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental assessments associated with their subscription. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required.

13. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

AgentAI Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of law
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of platform resources
  • Non-payment

Termination does not relieve the user of outstanding payment obligations.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

AgentAI Connect reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the AgentAI Connect website and will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
