AgentAI Connect is intended to assist users with content creation and workflow efficiency and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

2. USER INPUT RESPONSIBILITY

Users may provide information to AgentAI Connect including:

Property details
Listing information
Brokerage information
Brand preferences
Marketing objectives
Business information
Contact information
User prompts and instructions

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and ownership of all information submitted to the platform.

AgentAI Connect does not independently verify user-provided information and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained within user inputs.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Content generated by AgentAI Connect is produced using artificial intelligence technologies and automated systems.

AI-generated content may contain:

Errors
Omissions
Inaccurate information
Outdated information
Incomplete information
Misleading language
Unintended wording or tone
Biased, stereotyped, or discriminatory patterns in generated language or imagery

AgentAI Connect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, compliance, effectiveness, uniqueness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

Generated content should be considered draft content requiring human review before publication, distribution, or use.

AI-generated content may also incorporate patterns, phrasing, images, or other elements similar to third-party copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material. AgentAI Connect does not warrant that AI-generated content is free of third-party intellectual property claims, and bears no liability for any claim that AI-generated content, once reviewed, published, or distributed by a user, infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any third party.

AI-generated text and images may also reflect biases, associations, or patterns present in the data used to train the underlying AI models, including demographic patterns in generated imagery or language that could be inappropriate, exclusionary, or discriminatory, including in ways that implicate Fair Housing laws. AgentAI Connect does not screen, filter, or guarantee that AI-generated content is free from bias or discriminatory patterns. 4. REQUIRED HUMAN REVIEW

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and verifying all content generated through AgentAI Connect before publishing, distributing, sharing, scheduling, or relying upon it.

5. OWNERSHIP OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Subject to applicable law and the rights of third-party providers, users may use, edit, publish, distribute, and otherwise utilize AI-generated content created through AgentAI Connect for lawful business purposes.

AgentAI Connect does not claim ownership of AI-generated content generated specifically for a user through the platform.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be unique and that similar or identical content may be generated for other users.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-generated content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

6. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS

AgentAI Connect may utilize third-party artificial intelligence models, APIs, image generation providers, and technology services to generate content.

These providers may change from time to time at AgentAI Connect's discretion.

AgentAI Connect does not control the operation, availability, outputs, or policies of third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or consistency of AI-generated content.

Users acknowledge that portions of the Services depend upon third-party systems that are outside AgentAI Connect's control.

7. NO LEGAL, BROKERAGE, OR COMPLIANCE ADVICE

AgentAI Connect does not provide:

Legal advice
Brokerage services
Real estate representation
Compliance reviews
MLS guidance
Regulatory advice
Tax advice
Financial advice

Any content generated by AgentAI Connect should not be interpreted as legal, regulatory, compliance, brokerage, or professional advice.

Users should consult qualified professionals regarding legal, compliance, brokerage, tax, or regulatory matters.

8. REAL ESTATE COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITY

Real estate laws, advertising regulations, MLS rules, brokerage requirements, licensing requirements, and Fair Housing regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change over time, and AgentAI Connect does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, policy, or rule.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

AgentAI Connect does not guarantee:

Marketing performance
Social media engagement

Improved search rankings

Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside of AgentAI Connect's control.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AgentAI Connect's liability arising from or relating to AI-generated content, including errors, inaccuracies, compliance issues, or claims related to the use, publication, or distribution of AI-generated content, is governed by the Limitation of Liability provisions in our Terms of Service (Section 13), which is incorporated into this Disclaimer by reference.

Users assume all risks associated with the use of AI-generated content.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

By using AgentAI Connect, users acknowledge and agree that:

Artificial intelligence technology is inherently imperfect.
AI-generated content requires human review.
AgentAI Connect cannot guarantee accuracy or compliance.
Users are responsible for all content they publish or distribute.
Users assume full responsibility for decisions made using AI-generated content.
