Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

1. PURPOSE

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains the ownership rights associated with AgentAI Connect, its software, content, trademarks, user content, and AI-generated outputs.

By using AgentAI Connect, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. AgentAI Connect OWNERSHIP

AgentAI Connect and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including but not limited to:

Software code
Application architecture
User interface designs
Platform features
Workflows
Templates
Branding
Logos
Trademarks
Documentation
Marketing materials
Website content
Proprietary technology

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to users through use of the platform.

3. TRADEMARKS

The following are proprietary marks of AgentAI Connect:

AgentAI Connect™
Agent AI Connect™
Logos, slogans, taglines, and branding associated with AgentAI Connect

Users may not use AgentAI Connect trademarks without prior written permission.

4. USER CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Users retain ownership of content they upload, submit, import, or enter into AgentAI Connect, including but not limited to:

Property information
Listing descriptions
Images
Logos
Brand assets
Marketing materials
Contact information
Business information

AgentAI Connect does not claim ownership of user-provided content.

5. LICENSE TO OPERATE THE PLATFORM

By uploading or submitting content to AgentAI Connect, users grant AgentAI Connect a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Store content
Process content
Display content
Modify content as necessary to provide services
Generate AI-assisted outputs
Maintain platform functionality

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Subject to applicable law and the rights of third-party providers, users may use, edit, publish, distribute, and otherwise utilize AI-generated content created through AgentAI Connect for lawful business purposes.

AgentAI Connect does not claim ownership of AI-generated content created specifically for a user through the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, and platform terms.

AI-generated content may incorporate patterns, phrasing, images, or other elements similar to third-party copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material. AgentAI Connect does not warrant that AI-generated content is free of third-party intellectual property claims, and bears no liability for any claim that AI-generated content, once reviewed, published, or distributed by a user, infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any third party.

7. USER REPRESENTATIONS

Users represent and warrant that:

They own or have the legal right to use all content submitted to AgentAI Connect.
Their content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Their content does not violate applicable laws or regulations.
They have obtained any necessary permissions, licenses, or consents.

Users are solely responsible for the content they provide.

AgentAI Connecthas no obligation to monitor, verify, or pre-screen user content, or a user's use of AI-generated content, for third-party rights issues, and disclaims all liability for any infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a third party's rights arising from user content or a user's use, publication, or distribution of AI-generated content. Users' obligations to indemnify AgentAI Connect for such claims are set out in the Terms of Service.

8. PROHIBITED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USES

Users may not:

Copy or reproduce AgentAI Connect software
Reverse engineer the platform
Remove copyright notices
Use AgentAI Connect branding without authorization
Create derivative software based on AgentAI Connect
Resell access to the platform without written permission
Misrepresent ownership of AgentAI Connect intellectual property

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

9. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

AgentAI Connect respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If a copyright owner believes content on the platform infringes their rights, they may submit a written notice containing:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Description of the alleged infringement
Contact information
Statement of good faith belief
Statement made under penalty of perjury that the claim is accurate

AgentAI Connect reserves the right to investigate and remove allegedly infringing content when appropriate.

10. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

Users may voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, feature requests, ideas, or recommendations regarding AgentAI Connect.

By submitting feedback, users grant AgentAI Connect a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, implement, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.

11. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The platform may utilize third-party software, AI providers, stock media providers, social media integrations, and other third-party services.

Ownership of third-party content remains with the applicable owner and is governed by the owner's terms and policies.

12. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Except for the rights expressly granted in this Policy, AgentAI Connect reserves all rights, title, and interests in its intellectual property and proprietary technology.

No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
