AgentAI Connect is an AI-powered marketing platform designed to help real estate professionals create, manage, and publish marketing content.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

AgentAI Connect uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate marketing content.

When using AI features:

  • User prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers.
  • Generated content may not always be accurate.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
  • Users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, brokerage rules, MLS requirements, licensing regulations, and advertising guidelines.

AgentAI Connect does not guarantee legal, regulatory, brokerage, or MLS compliance.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate our platform.

Examples may include:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • Supabase (database services)
  • Google Cloud Platform (hosting)
  • Vercel (application hosting)
  • Postmark (email delivery)
  • OpenRouter and AI model providers (content generation)
  • Social media platform APIs

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

AgentAI Connect uses OpenRouter to route certain user-provided prompts and content to third-party large language model and image-generation providers for the purpose of generating AI-assisted content. Only the information needed for the specific AI feature being used is sent through OpenRouter.

Content that may be sent through OpenRouter includes:

  • For post generation, rewrites, keyword suggestions, and template autofill: text prompts and relevant text-based information, such as user inputs, persona details, brand information, listing details, captions, and other content needed to generate the requested output.
  • For AI Overlay features: text instructions together with the agent's reference photos. These images are provided to the selected AI provider through OpenRouter to generate the requested branded or cutout image.
  • For AI Background generation: text-based information such as the headline, caption, topic, keywords, or other instructions needed to create the requested background image. The resulting generated image is then returned to AgentAI Connect.

Content that is not sent through OpenRouter includes general listing or post media, logos and brand assets used in the editor, Unsplash images, and media used solely for social publishing.

AI provider practices regarding use of submitted data vary by provider and may change over time; users submitting sensitive client or brokerage information should review this section for updates before relying on it.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

With Service Providers

To operate our platform.

With Connected Platforms

When you choose to publish or schedule content.

For Legal Reasons

When required by law or governmental request.

Business Transfers

In connection with mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, or business restructuring.

7. DATA RETENTION

  • Maintain user accounts

  • Backup copies may persist temporarily.

AgentAI Connect is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (AgentAI Connect does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)

  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights

You may submit a request to exercise these rights using the contact information in Section 16, or, where permitted by law, through an authorized agent. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

We will not deny, charge different prices for, or provide a different level of service in response to your exercise of these rights, except as permitted by applicable law.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
